When you request a quote or fill in your intake form, you can upload photos and video of your hot tub and the route our crew will take. We ask for these so we can price the job honestly and plan the move before we arrive — a picture of a gate, a slope or a stair turn is often the difference between a smooth move and a surprise on the day.

What we do with them. They are attached to your job and shared with the crew assigned to it. We keep a copy in our own Google Drive so the crew can see them on site, and so there is a record of the condition of your property before and after we work on it. That record protects you as much as it protects us.

We will never publish your photos without asking you first. They do not go on our website, our gallery, or our social media unless we have asked you and you have said yes. We do not sell them to anyone.

How long we keep them. Your photos stay with your job record for as long as we keep that record, because that is what makes it a record. If you would like yours deleted, email us at platinumhottubmovers@gmail.com and we will remove them.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
